Once shipped off we do not have control of what the United States Postal Services do to get your package to you. There are no refunds if your package has not made it to your destination within the 5-7 business days time frame. If your items were damaged or lost, usually USPS place a note on your package that (you) the customer can take a picture and send to us so that we may verify. The post office does not contact us with this information. Then after we can verify that there was damage or items lost we can send you another order for what was damaged or lost.
